Returns

We do our very best to deliver quality products. However, we do occasionally get it wrong.

To start a return please complete the form below. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to return it.

For UK customers we will cover the return shipping and a full refund of the item price and original shipping costs. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label in PDF format for the return shipping, and process the full refund once we receive the item in the same condition it was sent out.

For overseas customers you can return it to us with no questions or hassle. But in this case we do ask that you pay for the return shipping. On receipt of the item back in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you for the cost of the item less any costs incurred by us including customs charges and the original shipping cost (if shipping was free).
