Cheri was a Canadian duo featuring Lyn Cullerier and Amy Reitman. Murphy's Law, released in 1982 on Polydor, was produced by Freddie James and arranged by Geraldine Hunt. The title track became a UK and US club hit driven by a crisp electronic disco groove. This is a UK 12" pressing on Polydor (POSPX 459), manufactured in England under licence to 21 Records.
