Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards were operating at a level few bands have matched when they recorded this one. C'est Chic arrived in 1978 and gave the world 'Le Freak' and 'I Want Your Love' — two tracks that redefined what a groove could do on a dancefloor. The Atlantic pressing holds up beautifully, and the original inner sleeve makes this a proper package worth having. This copy of Chic's C'est Chic is the real deal.
