Cornell Campbell's "One And Only Lover" is a roots reggae 7" produced by Bunny Lee and released on the UK's Third World label (catalogue TW 88). Campbell was a key voice in Lee's stable throughout the 1970s, known for his falsetto delivery. The B-side carries the instrumental version. Third World was a UK imprint that distributed Jamaican pressings during the roots era.
