Omar's debut single, released on the small UK independent Kongo Dance in 1989, before his signing to Talkin' Loud made him one of the standout voices in early 90s British soul. Written by Omar himself and produced by Godwin Logie, the 12" includes a remix, dub mix, and acappella of "Fine" -- a useful indicator of just how strong the vocal was from the start.
