The Dells released "Inspiration" on Cadet Records in 1967, during the Chicago group's transition toward the lush orchestrated soul sound they'd develop further with producer Charles Stepney. An original US pressing on Cadet 5563, backed with "You Belong To Someone Else." The Dells were mid-run here -- between their early doo-wop years and the acclaimed late-60s Cadet LPs -- making this single a solid piece of their catalogue.
