Super copy! Visual grading only.

The Cape Verdean Blues is a 1965 Blue Note album by the Horace Silver Quintet, recorded at Van Gelder Studio in two October sessions with trombonist J.J. Johnson as a featured guest. Produced by Alfred Lion, it draws on Afro-Cuban and Cape Verdean rhythms across six tracks. This is the 2004 RVG CD reissue, remastered by Rudy Van Gelder and produced for reissue by Michael Cuscuna.

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
