London Britcore crew 11:59 released this four-track promo EP on Hardcore Urban Music in 1991, during the peak of the UK's homegrown hip-hop scene. Production credits go uncredited on the sleeve but split between 11:59 and Red Ninja. Killing Time and In The Shadows are the standout cuts, with the latter's drum programming drawing on early-90s East Coast influence filtered through a distinctly British approach.
