Three Times Dope were a Philadelphia rap group who debuted on this 1987 Hilltop Hustlers 12" -- the label's second release (HTH-002) -- produced by Lawrence Goodman and Steady B. The B-side runs instrumentals of both tracks plus a bonus beat. An early Philly hip-hop release before the group signed to Arista.
