African Head Charge is the percussive dub project led by Bonjo Iyabinghi Noah, released on Adrian Sherwood's On-U Sound label since 1981. Pride And Joy -- Live captures the band in concert, pressed in France for the UK market in 1991. The set draws on material from their studio albums, with Bonjo's ritual percussion and Sherwood's dub production techniques transferred to a live setting.
