Blacker Dread UK 12" pairing Al Campbell's smooth lover's rock vocal on "Talk About Love" with Charlie Chaplin's toasting on "Diet Rock," both produced by George Phang. Phang was one of the leading dancehall producers of the mid-1980s, working out of Jamaica with artists across the Powerhouse label stable. Blacker Dread was a key London reggae outlet distributing Jamaican product to the UK market.
