Anthony Rother's Popkiller, released 2004 on his own Datapunk label, is a double LP blending electro, techno, and vocoder-heavy synth-pop. Rother wrote and produced all seven tracks at PSI Studio, Germany. Side C runs at 45 RPM, setting Space apart from the rest. Father and 10.000 Dancer are among the standout cuts, both built around Rother's trademark robotic vocals and minimal machine funk.
