Life Time is the debut album by Tony Williams, recorded in August 1964 at Van Gelder Studio and originally released on Blue Note. Cut at 19 years old while he was Miles Davis's drummer, it features Sam Rivers, Herbie Hancock, Gary Peacock, and Richard Davis across five tracks blending post-bop and free jazz. This is the 1999 EU remastered CD reissue, transferred at 24-bit from the original analog tapes, produced by Michael Cuscuna.
