Super copy! Japanese pressing in excellent condition. 3cm seam split and small sticker removal mark on front sleeve.

Recorded in New York in November 1977 and released on Denon in Japan the following year, this is an early PCM digital recording from free jazz tenor saxophonist Archie Shepp -- notable for its 14-bit, 47.25kHz capture at a time when digital studio recording was still experimental. The set is a straight-ahead hard bop session featuring the standard "On Green Dolphin Street" alongside originals.
