Three Blind Mice was recorded live at Slug's Saloon, New York, and originally released on United Artists in 1962. This is the 1972 United Artists reissue (UAS-5633), produced by Alan Douglas. The set features a strong Messenger lineup working through Freddie Hubbard's "Up Jumped Spring" alongside standards including "Blue Moon" and "When Lights Are Low."
