Recorded before their commercial breakthrough with "Don't Turn Around", the album sits in the roots-to-pop transition the band were navigating mid-decade, with dub-influenced cuts like "Bubbling" and "Kool Noh" alongside the more polished "Hooked On You". Distributed by EMI and Jet Star.
