Aurra were a boogie and funk outfit from Shreveport, Louisiana, led by Curt Jones and Starleana Young. "You And Me Tonight" was released as a UK 12" single on 10 Records in 1986, produced by Eban Kelly and Jimi Randolph for A-Teem Productions. The A-side runs over six minutes; the flip includes "Keep On Dancing" and an instrumental version of the title track.
