Wide Awake In A Dream is a 1981 lovers rock 12" single by Jamaican singer Barry Biggs, released on Dynamic Sounds. Biggs, known for his 1976 UK hit "Sideshow", produced and arranged this Wallace Wilson composition himself. The single features the vocal cut on the A-side and an instrumental version on the flip -- a standard lovers rock format that keeps the rhythm track front and centre.
