From the Maxi Jazz Collection. Blackstar's Champion DJ / Kunta Kinte -- UK jungle and ragga from the mid-90s. Rare.

Blackstar's "Champion DJ" and "Kunta Kinte" were originally released in the early 1990s on Rebel MC's Congo Natty label, central to the UK jungle scene. This 2004 reissue on Congo Natty brings both tracks back to wax. "Kunta Kinte" samples the Roots theme and is one of the most recognisable jungle cuts of the era. Produced by Rebel MC himself.
