Blind Lemon Jefferson was a foundational Texas blues guitarist who recorded prolifically for Paramount in the late 1920s before his death in 1929. Willard "Ramblin'" Thomas was a contemporary from the same scene. This Early Jazz Classics compilation draws eight tracks from each artist, including Jefferson's "Long Lonesome Blues" and "One Dime Blues" alongside Thomas's "Ramblin' Man" and "Hard Dallas Blues."
