Blossom Dearie's Sings Rootin' Songs was recorded in 1963 with pianist and arranger Joe Harnell, produced by Ed Mahoney. A mono vocal set featuring her readings of "Days Of Wine And Roses", "Fly Me To The Moon", and "Desafinado", among others. This 1987 Japanese CD reissue on DIW is digitally mastered and released with an obi strip and Japanese liner notes booklet.
