Hard bop trumpet session led by Blue Mitchell, recorded at Plaza Sound Studios in August 1962 and released on Riverside in 1963. Produced by Orrin Keepnews, the album features Mitchell's originals alongside readings of Irving Berlin's "How Deep Is The Ocean?" and Jerome Kern's "Why Do I Love You." An original US mono pressing on RM 439.
