Product Review:
Brownie McGhee's Brownie's Blues — warm, melodic East Coast acoustic blues from a genre stalwart.

Brownie McGhee recorded Brownie's Blues on October 6, 1960 in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for Prestige's Bluesville subsidiary. This CD reissue on Original Blues Classics (OBCCD-505-2) was remastered in 1990 and pressed in Germany. McGhee plays and sings solo across nine tracks, including his readings of "Trouble In Mind" and "Everyday I Have The Blues," both widely covered blues standards.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
