Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee at the 2nd Fret a classic duo live recording of harmonica and guitar blues.

Recorded live at The Second Fret in Philadelphia in April 1962 and originally issued on Prestige Bluesville, this is the 1993 Original Blues Classics remaster. Terry's harmonica and McGhee's guitar recorded in an intimate club setting, covering Bessie Smith's "Backwater Blues" and Blind Boy Fuller's "Custard Pie," later covered by Led Zeppelin. Produced by Kenneth S. Goldstein.
