Buddy Rich was one of the most technically accomplished big band drummers of the swing era, leading his own orchestras across several decades. This UK Columbia EP -- catalogue SEB 10071 -- captures him in a small group setting across three tracks, including the standard "Let's Fall In Love" and the driving "Just Blues." A neat snapshot of Rich outside the big band format, on a period UK pressing.
