Product Review:
From a superb single owner collection. Visual grading.

Channel One was the Kingston studio run by Jo Jo Hookim that shaped Jamaican roots and dub through the late 1970s. This 2001 Pressure Sounds compilation pulls 16 dub cuts and instrumental versions recorded at 29 Maxfield Avenue between 1974 and 1979, transferred from disc at A-Class Studio in London. Highlights include the dubbed-out "Ballistic Affair Version" and "Rema Skank 12"".

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
