Charlie Musselwhite is a Memphis-born harmonica player who relocated to Chicago in the 1960s and became a fixture of the West Coast blues scene via Vanguard and Arhoolie records. This 1999 Music Club compilation draws 20 tracks across his career, covering electric blues and the Latin-inflected "Azul Para Amparo," showing the range of his recorded output through the 1980s and 90s.
