1956 Swedish Jazz Selection EP collecting four Parker ballad recordings -- "Embraceable You", "My Old Flame", "Lover Man", and "Don't Blame Me" -- all drawn from his celebrated Dial sessions of the mid-to-late 1940s. "Lover Man" was recorded in 1946 during a famously troubled session that has since become one of the most discussed nights in bebop history.
