Chet Baker's *Chet* was recorded in New York in late 1958 and early 1959 for Riverside Records, produced by Orrin Keepnews. This is the 1987 Original Jazz Classics CD reissue, remastered from the original analog tapes, and adds "Early Morning Mood" not included on the original LP. Standards including "Alone Together" and "It Never Entered My Mind" feature Baker's trumpet alongside a small group setting.
