Chris Barber's Jazz Band was among the leading ensembles of the British trad jazz revival. This 1955 Tempo Records EP, recorded in October 1954, is an original UK tri-centre pressing. The four tracks span Dixieland standards -- "Tiger Rag" and "Ice Cream" -- alongside the gospel number "Precious Lord, Lead Me On" and the lesser-known "Saratoga Swing."
