Super Yazoo release in top condition. Edgewear.
Yazoo L-1025 pairs two Chicago piano blues figures: Cripple Clarence Lofton, known for his barrelhouse stomp style, and Walter Davis, a St. Louis-born blues pianist. The compilation draws from 1930s recordings, collecting tracks including "Juke Joint Stomp" and "State Street Blues." This is a later pressing identified by the peacock label colourway. Yazoo built its catalogue reissuing pre-war blues from major label 78s.
