Product Review:
ECM / Pi Recordings CD. David Virelles's 2014 Afro-Cuban jazz masterwork steeped in Santería and modern jazz language. Rare outside the US.
Mbókò is the second album by Cuban-born pianist David Virelles, released 2014 on ECM Records, produced by Manfred Eicher. Recorded at Avatar Studios, New York, it draws on Abakuá sacred traditions with percussionist Román Díaz contributing cultural grounding. Expert, honest grading
Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.
Every used record and CD pro-cleaned
We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.
Re-sleeving
We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
