Dawn Penn's "You Don't Love Me" -- a 1994 reggae-soul crossover produced by Steely and Clevie -- is paired here with Changing Faces' R&B cut "I Got Somebody Else" on this 1996 US Big Beat/Atlantic 12". Penn's track, built on the Willie Cobbs blues standard, became an international hit. Drawn from the Big Beat Urban Classics compilation.
