Very rare US release. Two killer tracks. Clean labels, glossy playing surface.

Dayton were a funk and soul group from Dayton, Ohio, active through the early 1980s on Capitol Records. This US 7" single from 1983 pulls two tracks from their Capitol LP Feel The Music (ST-12297). Promise Me leads the A-side with a smooth midtempo groove, while Fast Lane on the flip stretches out to nearly five minutes of uptempo funk.
