Heavenly disco track! Great shape.

Delegation were a British funk and soul group who scored UK hits in the late 1970s. "Heartache No. 9" was lifted from their 1980 Mercury LP, written and produced by Ken Gold with string and horn arrangements by Lynton Naiff. This is the US promo 12" on Mercury (MK-150), with the track on both sides -- a DJ copy pressed for radio and club promotion.
