Product Review:
From a very well looked after collection. All stock also available at carbootsoul.com.

Derrick Morgan's 1961 single on Blue Beat (BB 31), one of the earliest UK ska releases on the label. Both sides feature the Trenton Spence Orchestra, with production uncredited to Simeon Smith. Morgan wrote both tracks. Blue Beat was the primary UK outlet for Jamaican music at the time, making early pressings like this genuine artefacts of ska's UK arrival.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
