Stepping Out is Diana Krall's debut album, originally released in 1993 on Justin Time Records and later reissued on GRP (catalogue GRD-9825). Recorded as a piano-trio set, it draws on the Great American Songbook with standards including "Body And Soul", "Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea", and Duke Ellington's "Do Nothin' Till You Hear From Me". Produced by Jim West.
