Recorded live at the Salle Pleyel, Paris, on 9th February 1953, this 10" LP captures Dizzy Gillespie and his orchestra at peak bebop form. Released on UK Vogue (L.D.E. 039), it includes "The Champ", "Good Bait", and a characteristically titled "Swing Low Sweet... Cadillac". A UK pressing of a French Vogue original -- one of two volumes from the same concert date.
