Product Review:
Original US Mono Press. Verve trumpeter labels. Lovely copy. Audio quality is great with just the odd crackle at times. The vinyl does have some light scuffs. Sleeve is in great shape with no writing or tears. Some preventative tape along two edges is hardly visible. Very very nice overall.

Sonny Side Up pairs Dizzy Gillespie with tenor saxophonists Sonny Stitt and Sonny Rollins, recorded live in the studio in New York, December 1957, and released on Verve in 1959. The two-tenor front line drives hard bop workouts across four tracks, with "The Eternal Triangle" the standout. This is a first pressing on the original Verve Trumpeter label, catalogue MG V-8262, in mono.
