DJ Spinna and Ticklah's "DJ Song" EP came out in 2000 on the small US independent Purpose Records. DJ Spinna was a Brooklyn-based producer and DJ known for his work with Biggie and De La Soul, while Ticklah brought a reggae-inflected production angle. Three instrumental cuts across both sides, with "Urgent" and "Cold Noodle" rounding out the B-side.
