Dr. Alimantado -- born Winston Thompson in Jamaica -- released this self-produced 12" on Virgin in 1978, catalogue VOLE 1. A roots and dub set across two extended cuts, "Slavery Let I Go" and "Find The One", both written and produced by Alimantado himself. He had already built a reputation via Striker Lee productions; this Virgin release brought his work to a wider UK audience during reggae's commercial peak.
