"Perdido" is a jazz standard written by Juan Tizol, recorded by Duke Ellington's orchestra and later covered widely across the bebop era. This UK His Master's Voice EP (catalogue 7EG 8060) pairs it with an Ellington Medley, drawing from his extensive songbook. HMV released several Ellington EPs in the late 1950s on this catalogue series -- a 45 RPM mono pressing from that period.
