Product Review:
UK Mono Original. Super copy! Stripped back trio - worth it for reflections in D alone.

The Duke Plays Ellington is a solo piano album by Duke Ellington, originally recorded in 1953 for Capitol Records. Ellington performs his own compositions alongside collaborations with Billy Strayhorn, including "In A Sentimental Mood" and "Passion Flower". This is a 1963 UK Capitol pressing (T 477) in mono -- an early UK edition of a record that showcases Ellington's piano voice stripped of the orchestra.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
