Recorded live at the Odeon Theatre, Bristol and Birmingham Theatre in October 1971, The English Concert captures one of Ellington's final UK tours -- he died in 1974. This 1977 Sunset double LP reissue covers the full band across two nights, including "C-Jam Blues", "Cotton Tail", and "I Got It Bad (And That Ain't Good)".
