From a beautifully preserved collection. Writing on sleeve. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. Sleeve tear (minor). A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Earl Bostic was an alto saxophonist whose King Records output in the early 1950s bridged jump blues and mainstream jazz. This US 7" EP on King (EP-433) collects four tracks from his Workshop series, including a reading of "Sentimental Journey" and "Barcarolle." Release date likely early-to-mid 1950s based on the King EP catalogue number.
