Earl Sixteen -- born Earl Daley in Jamaica -- had been recording since the late 1970s, working with producers including Yabby You and Linval Thompson before relocating to the UK. Not For Sale, released 1993 on Next Step Records, is his debut album proper, blending roots reggae, dancehall, and lovers rock across ten tracks. The original UK pressing on Next Step (NXXLP 01) is the only pressing.
