Out Of The Storm is a 1966 album by drummer Ed Thigpen, recorded at Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs and produced by Creed Taylor for Verve. This is the original UK mono pressing (VLP 9144). Thigpen leads a small group through originals alongside the Louis Armstrong standard "Struttin' With Some Barbecue" and the title theme from the 1966 Paul Newman film Harper.
