Frank Lowe's *Fresh* was recorded in New York and Memphis in 1974--75 and released on the UK Freedom label in 1978. The Memphis-born tenor saxophonist leads a free jazz session that opens with Monk's "Epistrophy" and closes with "Mysterioso," bookending two originals and a blues. Executive-produced by Alan Bates, this Freedom pressing (FLP 41015) is the original UK release.
