Freddie King (1934-1976) is a posthumous compilation released on RSO in 1977, gathering recordings from his final period. This West German Polydor CD pressing (831 817-2) was compiled by Bill Oakes and Bill Halverson. Highlights include "Woman Across the River" and a cover of "Sweet Home Chicago". King died in December 1976, making this the last studio-era material released under his name.
