Freddy B & The Mighty Mic Masters released this two-tracker on Tuff City in 1987, co-produced by Ced Gee of the Ultramagnetic MCs. Both sides come with instrumentals. "We're Back Y'all" and "Coolin' On The Ave." sit in the mid-period New York hip-hop pocket -- drum-machine driven, mic-forward, straightforward Bronx rap. Tuff City was Aaron Fuchs's NYC indie, home to early Cold Crush and Kool Moe Dee releases.
